Fleet Studio Academy ("Fleet Studio", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, use, disclose, and secure your Digital Personal Data in connection with The AI Talent Summit (the "Summit") hosted via https://talentsummit.ai/ (the "Website"), in strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 (India).
By registering for the Summit as either an Applicant (Candidate) or a Corporate Hiring Partner, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein.
1. Data We Collect (Data Minimization)
We only collect personal data that is absolutely necessary to execute the matchmaking, curation, and interview scheduling processes of the Summit.
For Applicants (AI Engineers):
- Full name, email address, phone number, location, employment history, technical stack details, GitHub/Hugging Face/Kaggle profile links, and short descriptive text regarding technical capabilities.
For Corporate Hiring Partners:
- Representative name, corporate email address, contact number, company name, hiring requirements, and structural technical stack demands.
2. Lawful Basis & Purpose of Processing
In accordance with Section 6 of the DPDP Act 2023, your data is processed strictly based on your explicit, specific, unconditional, and unambiguous Consent provided at the time of registration.
Purpose: To technically screen, rank, and vet candidate profiles; to share curated candidate profiles with registered Corporate Hiring Partners; and to automate interview scheduling between parties for the duration of the event (July 3–5, 2026).
3. Data Sharing and Transfer
With Hiring Partners:
- Candidate data (excluding sensitive personal details until shortlisted) will be accessible to registered Corporate Hiring Partners who have executed data protection arrangements with us.
No Third-Party Sales:
- Fleet Studio does not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to external marketing agencies or unrelated third parties.
4. Your Rights under the DPDP Act 2023
As a Data Principal, you hold specific statutory rights under the Act, which you can execute at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO):
- Right to Access & Summary: You have the right to receive a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities undertaken.
- Right to Correction & Erasure: You may request that we update incorrect data or completely delete your personal records from our databases.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any point. Note: Withdrawing consent will result in immediate disqualification from participating in the Summit.
- Right to Grievance Redressal: You have the right to file a grievance with us regarding any data handling discrepancies.
5. Data Retention and Erasure Policy
Your personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purpose of the current quarter's Summit or subsequent recurring cycles to which you have consented. Upon your request for erasure or complete closure of the summit track, your data will be permanently and securely purged from our servers, unless retention is mandated by separate statutory or legal obligations.
