Welcome to The AI Talent Summit (https://talentsummit.ai/). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, application processes, and event tracks. By accessing the Website or registering for the Summit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Platform Curation

Applicants:

  • Mere registration does not guarantee entry into the Summit. The Summit is an exclusive, invitation-only event. Fleet Studio's technical panel reserves the absolute right to screen, score, and select candidates (the final 500–1,000 cohort) based on internal technical standards and assessment benchmarks.

Hiring Partners:

  • Corporate participation is restricted to verified businesses and information technology frameworks looking to fulfill active hiring pipelines.

2. Accuracy of Information

All users (Applicants and Hiring Partners) agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete details during the registration process. Providing fraudulent, deceptive, or plagiarized information (including ChatGPT-generated text passed off as verified individual project ownership) will result in immediate termination of platform access.

3. Data Processing Consent (DPDP 2023 Notice)

By accepting these Terms and conditions, you explicitly authorize Fleet Studio Academy to:

  • Process your submitted information for vetting.
  • Share applicant technical profiles, resumes, and GitHub metrics directly with registered hiring entities for employment matching purposes.

4. Event Infrastructure & Liability Limitation

The Summit is conducted 100% virtually. While Fleet Studio takes maximum industry-standard precautions, we are not responsible for individual internet connectivity bottlenecks, software disruptions on third-party communication tools (such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or scheduling components), or parallel scheduling anomalies.

Fleet Studio acts solely as an elite talent curation and matchmaking facilitator. We do not guarantee final employment offers, placement terms, or contract finalizations, which remain strictly a bilateral matter between the candidate and the corporate hiring entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding assets, slogan iterations, text contents, landing page code patterns, and infrastructure workflows are the exclusive intellectual property of Fleet Studio.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Website or the Summit shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
